Gites FR Reductions & Verified Offers for October 2026

Nice 'gite avec jardin'

Booked a 'gite avec jardin' for a week in Normandy. It was really cute, just what we needed for a quiet break. The photos on the site were accurate, and the garden was lovely to sit in every evening. Everything went smoothly, from finding the place to checking out. No fuss, no drama, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to relax on holiday. Pretty happy with it.

Detailed feedback on a gite de groupe

We booked a gite de groupe for a family reunion in the Ardeche. The online search filters on Gites.fr were really helpful in narrowing down options for a large party. The reservation anticipee discount made it even more attractive. Once we selected the property, contacting the owner was simple through the platform's messaging system; they answered all our questions about the gite avec jardin and local amenities promptly. Payment was secure, and we received confirmation within minutes. The gite itself was spacious and well-equipped, though a couple of the beds were a bit squeaky. We had an issue with a faulty light fixture, and the owner had someone fix it the next morning, which was excellent service. Getting there was easy with the directions provided. A good experience overall, and I'd recommend it for groups.

Reliable for French holidays

Another successful booking with Gites.fr! We've used them several times now for our holidays in France. This time, we went for a location bord de mer in Normandy. Just like our previous gite a la ferme, the property was clean and exactly as described. The direct booking with the owner was smooth, and they always provide clear instructions. It's consistently dependable for finding good places without any surprises, which is why we keep coming back.

Great value, nice find

First time using Gites.fr and I was really focused on finding a good deal. I managed to snag a location de vacances pas cher for a week in the Dordogne during their offres de saison. The price difference compared to other sites was noticeable. The studio de vacances was basic but clean and perfectly fine for what I paid. It felt like a solid deal, totally worth it for a budget-conscious trip.

Good value, some minor interface issues

We found a 'location de vacances pas cher' for our family trip to Brittany. The price was really competitive, especially with the 'offres de saison' discount applied directly by the owner. The property was as described and very suitable for a family with young kids. The only minor critique is that the search filters could be a bit more intuitive on the mobile site; sometimes it felt like I had to re-enter preferences. Customer service was not needed, so can't comment there. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Quick 'chambre d'hotes' booking

Needed a 'chambre d'hotes' for a weekend. Found one fast. Booking was simple, payment was secure. Stayed one night, everything was fine. No issues.

Found a good deal on 'appartement de vacances'

I was looking for an 'appartement de vacances' and stumbled upon Gites FR. I managed to snag a 'derniere minute' deal which saved us a decent amount. The listed price was already discounted, so I didn't have to worry about promo codes. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. For the price we paid, it felt like a really good deal. Definitely worth checking for their last-minute offers if you're on a budget.

Always reliable for gites

Booked a 'gite rural' near Bordeaux again, and it was just as expected. This is my fourth time using Gites FR, and their consistency is why I keep coming back. The booking process for this 'gite rural' was smooth, same as my previous 'location de vacances' last year. No surprises, which is exactly what I want when planning a trip.

Good stay, minor issues

I booked a gite rural in Brittany for a week through Gites.fr. The booking process was pretty straightforward, and the pictures accurately represented the property. Our gite etait charmant, and the owner was responsive to messages before our arrival. However, the internet connection, advertised as location avec wifi, was quite slow, making it hard to plan our daily excursions online. Overall, it was good value for the price, but they could improve the Wi-Fi consistency. Delivery of the booking confirmation was quick.

Great 'maison de vacances' experience

We booked a 'maison de vacances' with a pool for a week in Provence. The website was pretty easy to navigate to find what we wanted. Booking was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email right away. I had a quick question about linen, so I used their contact form, and the owner got back to me within a few hours, which was good. The house itself was clean and matched the photos perfectly. Check-in and check-out were simple with the instructions provided. Overall, a solid platform for finding rentals.
